KUALA LUMPUR: It was an assortment of music genre -- folk, rock, traditional and ballad.

Renowned singer and composer M. Nasir showcased an inimitable versatility at the preview of his maiden solo concert at Istana Budaya here last night.

Billed Konsert Alam Muzik M. Nasir, the three-night show opens tonight at 8.30.

At the preview, the 51-year-old sang 17 songs which he had recorded during his sterling career.

Salam.

Puas hati tengok konsert M. Nasir semalam. Cuma akan lagi puas kalau boleh menari sama. Di Istana Budaya boleh 'sing along', tepuk tangan dan goyang-goyang badan sikit aje. Ada mamat tu cuba menari, ditegur pegawai Istana Budaya. Mesti dia kecewa. Saya pun kecewa. Mungkin ramai yang kecewa. Mungkin lain kali boleh menari sesuka hati macam Sifu... - Lili
